Commission Info
How to commission me:
1. Read Terms of Service
2. Contact me via Instagram (@eu.volonte) or email ([email protected])
3. Once I accept your commission, provide 3 or more references / reference sheets for the character(s) you are commissioning. If you have pose references please include them as well.
4. I will send you an invoice via PayPal (50% upfront).
5. After the payment is received I will begin your commission.
6. After the sketch is finalized, I will send you an invoice for the other 50%.
**Currently I will not be drawing Shadowheart and Serana for commissions due to the number of current personal projects I have for them. Commissions will be focused on other fandoms and other BG3 + Elder Scrolls characters instead for my sanity. I apologize in advance.
Will draw:
- Original Characters
- Book Characters
- Fanarts
- Animals
Will not draw:
- Real People (does not apply to characters played by actors)
- Extreme NSFW or sexual content (open to discussing)
- Extreme Gore
- Mecha
Terms of Service
By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. AI / NFTs
- You cannot use the commissioned art for AI datasets, training, or with any AI tools.
- You cannot use the commissioned art in any blockchain-related technology like NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions related to them.2. Payment
- Currency is USD via PayPal only
- Commission will be paid 50% upfront and the other 50% after the sketch is finalized.
- You will receive invoices for the commission you ordered. Do not send any payment until after I have invoiced you.3. Process and Delivery
- Once I've started your commission, you will receive the sketch first, for which you can ask for changes until it is to your liking.
- Once the sketch is finalized, you cannot request a new sketch entirely.
- The time it takes to finish your commission may vary from 2-3 weeks. I will send you updates on your commissioned piece throughout the process.
- If you wish to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a small fee to change it.
- You will receive the finished commission through preferred contact.4. Refunds
- You are not allowed a refund after you receive the first sketch.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
- If you request a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a PayPal chargeback when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we discuss the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you, and I will no longer accept commissions from you.5. Copyright / Usage
- I claim the rights to the produced drawing. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself in future or use it for websites unless discussed otherwise.
- The commissioned piece is for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.The following is considered copyright infringement:
1. Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially and making money off of it in any way.
2. Claiming the artwork as your own.
3. Altering the artwork without my consent.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
